Asterik FZC, a Free Zone Company registered in Sharjah Publishing City (United Arab Emirates), is the sole brand owner of Asterik and acts as the primary Data Controller. We process your data in strict accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

2. Data Collection & Lawful Basis

We collect professional identifiers (name, business email, phone) and corporate data (company name, staffing requirements) provided voluntarily by you. The lawful basis for this processing is:

• Contractual Necessity: Processing required to provide technical shortlists or strategy briefs at your request.
• Legitimate Interest: Facilitating B2B technical consultancy and resource matching for enterprise entities.

3. Marketing & Tracking Disclosure (Google & HubSpot)

This website utilizes first-party and third-party cookies to optimize user experience and measure advertising ROI. Specifically:

• Google Tag Manager & Google Ads: We use conversion pixels to measure the effectiveness of our B2B advertising campaigns. These tools may collect anonymized data about your site interaction.
• HubSpot CRM: We use HubSpot cookies to manage professional inquiries, track engagement history, and facilitate technical briefing delivery.

1. Zero Search Overhead Clause

References to "Zero Overhead," "Zero Sourcing Overhead," or "Zero Recruitment Fees" refer exclusively to the preliminary identification, forensic vetting, and shortlist preparation phase managed by Asterik FZC. We do not charge "finder’s fees" for the discovery stage. The eventual mobilization, UAE/GCC residency visas, MOHRE compliance, payroll administration, and related direct resource mobilization costs are subject to competitive commercial rates defined at the Work Order (WO) phase and discussed prior to engagement.

2. Technical Oversight & Architect Services

"Architect-Led," "Architect-Informed," or "Technical Supervision" refers to premium strategic services. Unless explicitly stated in a signed Work Order, these services are optional and provided upon client request to ensure architectural integrity. They are governed by specific service tiers and documentation auditing standards defined in our standard Master Service Agreement (MSA) and may incur additional service fees.

3. Nature of Digital Deliverables

The "Talent Shortlists," "System Audits," and "Strategy Briefs" generated via this platform are preliminary discovery deliverables intended for institutional evaluation only. They do not constitute a warranty of specific software outcomes, a guarantee of candidate availability, or a binding offer of employment. Binding engagements are formed only upon the mutual execution of a physical MSA and related Work Orders.

4. Brand Identity & Intellectual Property

Asterik FZC is the sole legal owner of the Asterik trademark and digital identity. Our proprietary vetting methodologies, technical forensic patterns, and architectural workflows are protected under UAE Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized distribution of shortlist documentation to third parties is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law & Liability Shield

Asterik FZC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of preliminary scoping data. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Sharjah.
